No. The files are non-exclusive unless Queue North Technologies LLC agrees to separate written terms for an exclusive product.
How are files delivered?
The purchased XLSX file is prepared after payment, and delivery information is sent to the email address entered during checkout.
What does Annual Access include?
One XLSX workbook delivered monthly for 12 months. Each file contains 100 different verified business prospects. The first file is delivered after payment is received.
Can I resell or share the file?
No. The license is for the purchasing organization’s lawful internal business prospecting and market research. Resale, redistribution, publication, and sublicensing are prohibited.
Do you guarantee appointments or sales?
No. Queue North does not guarantee responses, appointments, revenue, conversion rates, contactability, or continued accuracy after delivery.
Can I receive a refund?
All sales are final after the file has been delivered or made available for download. Review the Terms of Use for replacement and fulfillment provisions.
Who sells LeadFileDirect products?
Queue North Technologies LLC is the seller and contracting party. LeadFileDirect is a branded product line and website, not a separate legal entity.
